The Cornerstone Development Project is located at the corner of Agoura and Cornell Roads, a scenic entrance to our national park. This rural corner will be destroyed to become a Ventura Blvd wall of buildings. Seven buildings and cement frontages will replace the scenic oak studded hillside. Hundreds of these oaks, including protected scrub oaks, will be cut down. This overly dense development project, will itself add thousands of new vehicle trips per day and further impact an already congested Kanan Road and Bridge.
