Debby Pattiz
Like so many of her neighbors, Debby Pattiz moved to Malibu Lakeside because she is one of those folks whose constitution requires a daily dose of wandering in unmanicured nature. Debby and her husband Davidson raised their two children in Malibu Creek State Park’s backyard, where Debby has long indulged her hobby of nature photography on her morning walks.
An active volunteer in the local schools, youth sports, her congregation, and the Malibu Lakeside Community Association, Debby also devotes significant energy to open space preservation and is writing a book about her unwitting escapades with the East German Secret Police during the Cold War.
